Dien Chan®
on Lake Garda
Regain lasting harmony through stimulation of facial reflex points
The Dien Chan®
Dien Chan® is a holistic technique of Vietnamese origin that I practice passionately in my studio on Lake Garda. It is based on manual stimulation or with the help of special instruments, of precise points and areas of the face, which have a connection with internal organs and apparatuses.
Dien Chan® sessions help reduce stress, tension, reactivate metabolism and balance body functions. I also propose facial reflexology as a valuable support to other techniques for balancing the body and mind.

Dien Chan®
How does Dien Chan® work?
Dien Chan® is a technique complementary to a person’s physical well-being. As a practitioner, I practice Dien Chan® at my studios on Lake Garda, and in Brescia, and I believe that this holistic discipline of Vietnamese origin, based on the stimulation of precise points on the face, can help reduce stress, emotional and muscular tension.
The sessions, carried out with the aid of special traditional manual tools on areas and reflex points of the face, are intended to rebalance the energy flow and promote an improvement in the overall condition of the body.
